Healthcare Operations Leader · Pembroke, MA

I build the systems
others only manage.

Nearly 20 years in healthcare operations across hospital and ambulatory care – multi-site supervision, revenue cycle, denial prevention, and Epic implementation. I also build the software and automation most operators only wish they had. Currently completing an MBA in Healthcare Management.

What I bring

Operations depth, plus the ability to build the tools

Most operators can run a process. Fewer can also build the system that makes the process faster, cheaper, and harder to get wrong. I do both.

Multi-site operations

Directed daily operations across multiple outpatient sites – staffing models, FTE allocation, budgets, and front-office workflow, in coordination with senior leadership.

Revenue cycle & denial prevention

A decade designing front-end reimbursement workflows, analyzing denial trends, and managing complex Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial appeals to protect and recover revenue.

Epic implementation & training

Epic Credentialed Trainer (Cadence, Radiant). Led Epic Cadence, Radiant, and Visage PACS rollout and staff training across all sites.

Systems & automation

Outside healthcare, I founded and run a multi-product software company solo – cloud infrastructure, billing, data governance, and the kind of process automation that removes manual work entirely.

Experience

Nearly two decades at South Shore Health

Steady advancement from front-line patient access to multi-site operations leadership within one of the South Shore's largest health systems.

Independent venture

Harbor Privacy

The clearest proof that I don't just manage systems – I build them. A multi-product software company I founded and run end to end, the equivalent of a small operations, engineering, and IT department staffed by one person.

Harbor Privacy
FOUNDER & SOLE OPERATOR · 2024–PRESENT

Designed, built, and operate a portfolio of live software products on a self-managed cloud platform – including scheduling, payments, support, and an automated data-broker opt-out service.

  • Owns the full stack of operations – product, subscription billing, infrastructure, customer support, and marketing, with automated reconciliation so no transaction is lost after an outage.
  • Built data-governance and compliance systems – encryption at rest, enforced data-retention policies, and HIPAA-aligned privacy thinking at the core of every product.
  • Automated the operating cadence – scheduled jobs handle publishing, backups, failover, and alerting, surfaced on a single health dashboard across every machine.
  • Runs lean – the entire platform operates at near-zero recurring cost through free-tier cloud and self-hosting.
